- Arthur Turner Training School, Iqaluit, Nunavut (Diocese of the Arctic)
- Centre for Christian Studies, online learning, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Anglican-United)
- College of Emmanuel and St. Chad, Saskatoon (Province of Rupert's Land)
- Henry Budd College for Ministry The Pas, Manitoba (Diocese of Brandon)
- Saint John’s College, Winnipeg (University of Manitoba)
- Dr. William Winter School for Ministry, Kingfisher Lake, ON (Indigenous Spiritual MInistry of Mishamikoweesh)
- James Settee College for Ministry , based in Prince Albert, is independent of the Diocese of Saskatchewan but trains the majority of its indigenous clergy
