If you plan to attend, you must register in advance each time. Click here for the registration form. Numbers are limited to 50, places are allotted on a first come, first served basis. Contact details will be recorded on arrival and you will be directed to a 'seating bubble', where you will need to stay throughout the service.

Procedures in brief:     

  • Help! Jez needs more volunteers for setup and greeting/ushering. If you’re free to help, please come about 9am.
  • Weather! Do check the forecast. If it's sunny and warm, please remember to bring sunglasses and a sunhat and/or umbrella. There is no shade on the lawn.
  • Pets! are welcome - make sure they have shade/shelter too.
  • Rules! Please be careful to observe 2 metre (6'8") distancing in all directions around you, at all times. Masks are encouraged although they are not required outdoors. Singing during the service, and social gathering before and after the service, are still not permitted.

At the end of the service, if you are able to, please move your chair to the back fire doors.
