Threshold Housing Society is pleased to invite you to join in virtually celebrating our 30th Anniversary of supporting at-risk youth toward brighter futures. On September 12, 2020,Threshold Housing Society will be celebrating our 30th anniversary of supporting at-risk youth across the Capital Regional District. Throughout that time span, the collective efforts of staff, board members, volunteers, and donors and partners like you have had a deeply significant impact in the lives of vulnerable young people in our region.
To honour the investment made by countless stakeholders over the past three decades, we will be holding a virtual 30th Anniversary Gala to highlight their effort and to celebrate the impact that Threshold has had in our community. In respect of COVID-19 restrictions, we want to bring our 30th Anniversary gala celebration to you virtually, for you to join us from the comfort of your own home. We have partnered with Island Culinary Services and Devine Vineyard to create the experience of a gala in a box for you to enjoy from your home.
The box includes a delicious meal, local wine, a gift from Threshold, and a link for you to virtually join us that evening. The program will include guest speakers and reflection of the last 30 years of supporting at-risk youth to ensure an inspiring evening. Funds raised through ticket sales and sponsorship will go toward helping Threshold continue its mission to prevent adult homelessness by providing safe homes, support services, and community to at-risk youth.
